| Trailing
Bouquet
The trailing bouquet is similar in shape to
the teardrop but has a more relaxed and informal look and feel. A
single flower forms the pointed end of the bouquet as opposed to
the teardrop which has a number of flowers forming the point.
This bouquet is usually best suited to a bride's flowers.
The flowers in a trailing bouquet are arranged in a loose format while still
following the basic teardrop shape.
Flowers most suitable for this style of bouquet are all types of orchids, roses,
tulips, calla lilies, oriental lilies and tropical flowers. Long thin foliage
such as ivy, thin fern and vines are often used in this style. |
